hat can I say? Lindsay is fabulous! When she came to visit, we took turns modeling for each other and she gave me her best vogue faces :) One thing I am learning about Texas is it’s even windier than Chicago! This can make portrait taking difficult: hair in face, eyes watering, nose running (sounds glamorous, hmm?) but we took full advantage of the wind using a beautiful orange scarf like a parachute. And who doesn’t love a fuchsia dress with cowboy boots? Just a modern day prairie girl.

I hope you are ready for blog updates! I’ve been playing hostess for the past two weeks and not it’s time for catchup! Apparently Wichita Falls is the new vacation hot spot, or I am just very loved. My friend and fellow photo kid from Baltimore, Lindsay MacDonald, decided it was time to take a break from the busy city. She put on her cowgirl boots and got ready for some warmer weather! She is also recently engaged to graphic designer Russell Hite and I am super excited for their Boston wedding next year! Lindsay is also the fabulous photographer to which my current glamorous facebook profile picture is credited to. It was all her!
As patient as Frederick is with my photo taking (ie: me making him drive everywhere and yelling “STOP! Quick! Pull a Ueeeee!”) it was AWESOME to have someone to go explore and shoot with everyday! These photos are from Wichita Falls area and a little excursion we took to Seymour.
