Debutante Ball

It was a blustery winter evening when the Carousel, Colony and Cotillion clubs hosted their Debutante Ball at The Wichita Falls Country Club. It was perfectly toasty inside the club, while the decor provided the feeling of a whimsical wintry wonderland. The honorees were abuzz primping and dressing in tuxedos and beautiful gowns. Southern hospitality was abounding. Friends and family eagerly chatted over wine and festive holiday cocktails while waiting for the presentation to begin. The ladies were aglow while presented to society by their fathers and the gentlemen were simply dashing, taking deep bows towards the crowd. The honorees danced first with their parents and then with their date for the evening. After a quick costume change by the ladies into couture cocktail dresses, the real party began. Everyone celebrated these fifteen young men and women’s entrance into society by dancing, chatting, and laughing late into the night.
